Privacy policy
What this covers
This policy describes what Neuor collects through this website and the early-access signup, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Neuor desktop application is not yet released; its data handling will be documented separately before launch and will follow the same principle: project state and working files stay on your device by default.
What we collect
- Early-access requests. The email address you submit, the time of the request, and the page you submitted it from.
- Server logs. Our web server records standard request logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer and timestamp — kept for up to 30 days for security and operations.
- Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested. No other third-party scripts, analytics or advertising trackers run on this site.
We do not set cookies, build profiles, or sell or rent personal information.
How we use it
- To tell you when the macOS build and design-partner pilots open, and to answer messages you send us.
- To keep the site running and secure, and to diagnose problems.
We will not add you to marketing lists beyond early-access updates without asking first. Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving it.
Who else sees it
Data is stored on infrastructure we operate in the United States (Amazon Web Services). We share personal information only with providers that help us run the service under confidentiality terms, or when required by law. We do not share it with advertisers.
Your choices
Email privacy@neuor.ai to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw from early-access updates. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where we have your email, let you know.
